As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers and sales team members, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, and resolving issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing difficult customer situations, responding promptly to resolve customer needs, and developing strong working relationships with reputed company customers
  • Responding to Customers and Sales Team requests for service and assistance, meeting timelines and commitments, and adapting quickly to changes, competing demands, or unexpected events
  • Receiving orders reputed company phone, fax, or e-mail for orthopedic procedures and entering them into reputed company accurately, with a sense of urgency
  • Synthesizing reputed company and diverse information in order to research issues, resolve complaints, and support data requests
  • Providing vendor set-up information to client hospitals and/or sales representatives, and creating and managing customer account information, pricing, discounts, rebates, invoicing, and credits reputed company reputed company
  • Verifying contract pricing and/or charges for services, making adjustments based on complaints concerning billing or services rendered after proper investigation
  • Completing electronic payment forms, records change of address notifications, and issues discontinuance orders
  • Presenting innovative approaches, reputed company, and suggestions to improve customer experience and work processes
  • Building relationships with customers and Sales team, gathering Purchase Orders in a timely manner, and addressing outstanding surgery cases that have not received Purchase Orders

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong customer service orientation (internal & external)

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills; able to calculate figures and amounts

  • Understand Orthopaedic procedures
  • High School Diploma Required
  • At least 2 years of relevant sales support / data entry / invoicing experience
  • Proficient computer skills, specifically with reputed company Office products
  • Experience with reputed company (strongly preferred) or other major ERP system
  • Demonstrated quantitative skills and able to calculate figures and amounts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of orthopedic procedures and medical terminology
