Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough needs analyses with clients to determine the most suitable insurance plan based on a combination of price and value from our represented carriers
• Assisting clients in the application process, ensuring reputed company required information is accurate and compliant with applicable rules and regulations
• Submitting complete applications in a timely manner
• Understanding and adhering to reputed company company, reputed company, and/or CMS-reputed company policies and procedures
• Comprehending and clearly articulating product knowledge to clients
• Identifying and assessing clients' needs to reputed company satisfaction
• Managing high volumes of incoming calls
• Meeting established production goals
• Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives reputed company time limits; following up to ensure resolution

Essential Qualifications
