Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing technical, account, and billing support for customers using the arenaflex mobile app and arenaflex.com
- Quickly resolving customer questions and requests in a friendly, professional manner
- Diagnosing and reporting on technical glitches and sharing customer feedback
- Educating customers on arenaflex features and benefits
- Growing and maintaining a working knowledge of reputed company company products, services, and promotions
- Growing and maintaining a working knowledge of reputed company Customer Support policies, procedures, and protocols
- Understanding and profiling customer needs to reputed company recommendations for additional services
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a critical thinker who can break down and resolve issues quickly and effectively. You should have strong interpersonal skills, be an effective communicator, and show patience and reputed company towards customers and colleagues. You should also be collaborative, self-driven, and passionate about helping families reputed company.
What You Bring
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high level of web proficiency and strong computer skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye toward grammatical proficiency
- Proficiency in reputed company Office and a solid understanding of Web, Android, and iOS platforms and operating systems
- Demonstrated experience in customer support, customer experience, or customer-facing roles is preferred
- Bachelors/Professional degree or equivalent experience is preferred

- Knowledge of the Family Law industry is a plus
