What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, engaging directly with customers who contact us for a variety of topics, from helping them shop for their new pet to problem-solving reputed company something doesn't go as planned. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging directly with customers on the phone, using active listening, patience, reputed company, and kindness to resolve their issues

What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

- Ability to multi-task (e.g., maintain a conversation on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes) and reputed company well in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computers, both for data entry and for rapid navigation through systems and the internet to search for information to help support our customers

- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed by the business unit

- High school diploma or equivalent

Technical Requirements
To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements:
- Work area must be large enough to accommodate computer monitors and be free from distractions, including any background noise that impacts the customer experience
