Job Description
As a Client Customer Service Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that reputed company client needs are addressed accurately and reputed company. You'll work with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers to resolve denied claims, provide product education, and handle a wide variety of questions. Your primary objective will be to deliver a world-class customer experience that exceeds our clients' expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Follow approved SOPs to update and provide necessary information to resolve denied claims
- reputed company evaluation of reputed company policies and SOPs and give recommendations for process improvements
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Reading and understanding of explanation of benefits or correspondence
- Document reputed company activity made to a claim
- Communicate reputed company telephone with a physician, insurance company, and patients
- Utilize tools to verify eligibility, claim status, and/or to obtain reputed company billing information
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
- Provide product education and training to clients and internal stakeholders
- Analyze customer feedback and reputed company recommendations for process improvements
Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- REMOTE WORK:
+ Dedicated work-from-home space + Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity + Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus
- Technical Requirements:
+ Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second + No satellite internet + Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord. Equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspot with Ethernet port

Pay Range
The pay range for this position is $15.25 - $21.00.

Schedule
Monday-Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM EST, Friday 8 AM to 5 PM EST
