Job Responsibilities:

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative – Hybrid Role with Sales Focus, you will be responsible for:

• Selling and Customer Support Activities:

+ Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide sales inputs reputed company defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) + Proactively call out to assigned customers to inquire about additional sales opportunities + Probe for add-on/solution selling opportunities during customer engagement conversations + Recognize and reputed company proactive sales opportunities to management reputed company applicable

• Achievement of Sales goals and Customer Service metrics:

+ Meet or exceed sales targets and customer service metrics + Contribute to team achievement of service metrics and reputed company customer service goals

• Order Management and Customer Service Activities:

+ Manage reputed company transactions accurately and meeting departmental SLAs + Enter orders into the system pursuant to individual order characteristic requirements + Manage orders by auditing orders for completion and accuracy + Process claims, redo/replacement orders, or issue In-store credit

• Training:

+ Attend reputed company required training courses and display appropriate knowledge of materials + Attend Customer Service training and reputed company a passing mark in the assessments + Complete and pass self-paced trainings and monthly learning checks in a timely manner

• Miscellaneous Activities:

+ Update ongoing maintenance of Customer Profiles for the customer reputed company + Assist the Customer Service Team with administrative duties as assigned + reputed company reputed company other duties as designated by Management

Essential Job Functions:

Job Qualifications:

* Minimum of one year's previous sales/customer service experience, preferably in a reputed company industry
