About the Role

Responsibilities
As a Customer Collections Account Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Complying with reputed company specified FDCPA, state and city laws and provisions, as outlined in the arenaflex Compliance with FDCPA and State Collection laws Statement, the arenaflex A/R Training program and the FDCPA Test
* Making arrangements with the customers to pay balance in full or set up the best possible arrangements
* Documenting reputed company collection activity in the client/arenaflex system in a concise and accurate manner
* Correcting any deficiencies or oversights as outlined by U/M or Manager during telephone monitor, file activity, or QA reviews
* Maintaining good public relations
* Coping with high-stress environment caused by speaking with emotional callers
* Adhering to Company attendance, punctuality, and meal and rest break requirements
* Maintaining concentration and focus in order to meet performance goals
* Reacting positively to an ongoing, changing environment
* Demonstrating the ability to handle pressure reputed company attempting to meet deadlines and performance goals
* Maintaining good working relationship with assigned supervisors and coworkers
* Working safely without presenting a threat to self or others
* Performing additional duties as required by management
