The Product Manager serves as a champion for the customer, leveraging exceptional product instincts, data-driven decision-making, and customer-centric design thinking to deliver world-class solutions. This role is responsible for the discovery, definition, and delivery of features reputed company a specific product vertical of reputed company’s flagship SaaS platform, Connect. Reporting to a Senior Product Manager or Director of Product, this role focuses on defining and refining product features, gathering and analyzing customer insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring high-quality products to market. The Product Manager plays a critical role in product discovery, problem prioritization, and feature execution, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and customer needs. This role is well-suited for hands-on product professionals with strong analytical skills, compelling communication skills, customer reputed company, and a passion for building scalable, reputed company, and high-impact SaaS solutions. Responsibilities

  • Work closely with UX designers to research, prototype, and validate solutions before implementation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of enterprise/commercial product management experience, particularly in SaaS and B2B software.
  • Experience in subscription-based business models
  • Strong background in customer research, product discovery, and problem validation.
  • Proven ability in managing competing priorities, and driving execution.
  • Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment with backlog management tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering and UX discussions with designers, bridging business needs with practical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of business metrics, analytics, and reporting tools to drive data-informed decisions. reputed company-to-haves
  • Experience in B2C software in eCommerce or Online Directories is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or Compliance/Risk Management software.
  • Exposure to machine learning, AI-driven insights, or automation in product development.
  • Background in enterprise third-party integrations, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Understanding of user behavior analytics tools (e.g., FullStory, Pendo, reputed company, arenaflex Analytics).
  • Experience working in a global market, managing multi-region product requirements.
  • Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management (PDMA, CSPO, SAFe, Pragmatic Institute, etc.) are a plus.
