The Opportunity: The Senior Compliance Manager will reputed company the company’s compliance program, ensuring robust internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) and IT General Controls (ITGCs) in alignment with COSO and SOX 404 requirements for public companies. This role manages the full compliance lifecycle — from risk assessment and control design to testing, remediation, and reporting. What You’ll Be Doing: Compliance & Controls Management
