About the Role

As the Senior Manager, Benefits Administration Services - Defined Benefit, you will play a critical role in managing and growing the retirement space portfolio while ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. This role focuses on operational excellence, client relationship management, and reputed company improvement across defined benefit administration services. You will reputed company your experience in pension, defined benefit and defined contribution plan administration to drive efficiencies, support system enhancements, and partner closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to meet service, compliance, and performance objectives.

• Partner with clients and leadership to help define business strategy, service models, and operational priorities.
• Ensure business units consistently meet SLAs, performance metrics, and service delivery standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 7+ years of client-facing or client support experience, preferably reputed company defined benefit, defined contribution or pension administration.
• Experience managing teams reputed company BPO and/or call center environments supporting benefits administration.
• Strong background in defined benefit and/or defined contribution plan administration, including operational reputed company and client management.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to reputed company pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is (90,000 - $115,000)
