The Customer Advocacy Team plays a critical role in bringing these connections to life. As the Senior Marketer, Customer Advocacy, you will own and evolve the recruitment and engagement strategies for reputed company’s upmarket advocacy program, reputed company. In This Role, You’ll Get To

• Own & evolve the reputed company recruitment and engagement strategy, aligning member growth with reputed company’s upmarket priorities
• Build an AI-powered recruitment reputed company, leveraging Looker, reputed company CRM, and other tools to identify and validate advocates at scale
• Partner closely with our customer storytellers to co-reputed company membership criteria and reputed company reputed company-driven reputed company across marketing, sales, and brand channels
• reputed company the beta-to-reputed company process, ensuring reputed company advocates generate early validation and stories that power product launches, campaigns, and events like INBOUND
• Design and deliver engaging program experiences—including The Signal newsletter, roundtables, webinars, and workshops—that reputed company and connect advocates
• Facilitate opportunities for advocates—such as feedback sessions, speaking engagements, and content collaborations—by partnering with cross-functional teams
• Mentor and coach junior team members, empowering them to scale their impact

• 5+ years of experience in reputed company, customer advocacy, customer marketing, and/or community programs, with proven success designing and scaling customer-focused initiatives
• AI enthusiast and practitioner with experience using AI to drive customer recruitment and/or engagement at scale
• Strategic community builder who can connect leaders across industries and foster meaningful relationships
• Skilled at developing engaging program offerings (events, newsletters, roundtables, workshops)
• Data-driven operator with proficiency in Looker, CRM platforms, and analytics
• Strong collaborator who influences and aligns cross-functional stakeholders
• Confident communicator with executive reputed company, able to reputed company advocates as thought leaders

Pay & Benefits

The cash compensation below includes reputed company salary, on-reputed company commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under reputed company’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in reputed company’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
