Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Data Scientist to join reputed company and contribute to the development of AI and predictive modeling solutions for our streaming business. As a key member of our Information Science group, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve customer experiences, and inform strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities

* Support the streaming business with AI and predictive modeling focused on understanding and forecasting user behavior, including churn, upgrade/downgrade, cost responsiveness, customer segmentation, survival analysis, A/B testing, and causal inference.

• Create and implement innovative AI strategies to address key business questions while identifying new areas to explore.
• Drive experimentation to assess the impact of your models and inform business decisions.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across the organization to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
• Present your findings and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Work with other data teams to improve platform capabilities around data modeling, data representation, experimentation, and data engineering.

Essential Capabilities

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, Physics, Econometrics, or Statistics.

• 3+ years of experience designing, building, and evaluating effective AI solutions.
• Strong coding experience in one or more data programming languages like Python/R, with additional experience in scientific libraries like NumPy, Pandas, or similar libraries.
• Proficiency in analyzing data and creating ML models using Python (with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, scikit-learn, etc.).
• Strong foundation in statistical modeling: regression, clustering, time series estimation, causal inference, and other methods.
• Experience creating flexible numerical models and solving reputed company quantitative problems that can be understood by non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to extract insights and recommendations from data to inform model development and business decisions.
• Willingness to collaborate with other data researchers, data analysts, and key stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of SQL.

Preferred Capabilities

* Postgraduate education in a quantitative field.

• Excellent analytical skills, with a high level of proficiency in data analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to choose the right statistical tools given a data analysis problem.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with shifting needs.
• Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
• Ability to focus on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience with data platforms and applications like reputed company, Jupyter, reputed company, Wind reputed company, and reputed company.
• Experience with designing and analyzing A/B testing and other experimentation types.
• Experience thinking critically to interpret market and customer data, ideally about a subscription-based service.
• Experience with distributed data technologies (Hive, Flume).
