Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our patients, clients, and customers. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional service, answering questions, solving problems, and maintaining our reputed company for high-quality service. This role requires independent and self-directed performance, working closely with our Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications.

Key Responsibilities

* Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients, with a goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients.

• Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications.
• Handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, proactively gaining patient and order information.
• Provide customer education, routine assessment, and problem identification, with appropriate escalation to a pharmacist.
• Maintain a working knowledge of insurance, health care, reimbursement-reputed company requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and providing customer education.
• Resolve patient and customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone.

• 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, reputed company, or another similar application.
• Must reside in the state of Nevada.
