The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers who contact us for a variety of topics, from helping them shop for their new pet to finding the perfect chew toy or problem-solving reputed company something doesn't go as planned. What You'll Need:

* 2 years of customer service experience
