Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative III to provide critical support tasks, including answering questions, providing insights, instructions, and assistance for patient scheduling for heart scans at home. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for handling a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, following communication scripts, and utilizing knowledge of our products and services to provide exceptional customer service.

Essential Responsibilities

* Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, ensuring that reputed company calls are answered promptly and reputed company.

  • Follow communication scripts and use knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to go offscript reputed company necessary, providing personalized solutions to meet patient needs.
  • Identify patient needs, learn and utilize the Caption platform for scheduling appointments, schedule new appointments, modify/cancel existing appointments, resolve complaints, and provide solutions.
  • Maintain ownership of calls throughout the lifecycle of a caller's request, including follow-reputed company, to ensure that reputed company questions, cancellations, and confirmations are handled appropriately.
  • Recommend improvements for systems and processes to boost organizational efficiency, leveraging data and insights gathered by the call center to drive positive change.
  • Memorize scripts for Caption Care services and refer to them during calls, ensuring that reputed company patient interactions are consistent and high-quality.
  • Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service, exceeding patient expectations, and ensuring that reputed company interactions are handled with reputed company and professionalism.

Work Environment and Company Culture

* 100% remote work environment, with the flexibility to work from reputed company in the reputed company US.

  • EST is preferred, but we're open to candidates from other time zones.
  • M-F shift is 8:00 PM through 4:30 AM, with half 2nd shift and half 3rd shift coverage.
  • Training is provided on the first shift, with ongoing support and development opportunities.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
