Responsibilities

As a Customer Solutions Architect, you'll be responsible for:

• Engaging and developing relationships with select arenaflex enterprise customers to ensure they maximize the value of their reputed company 365 investment
• Providing trusted technical guidance and best practices to help customers design and deploy their reputed company 365 solutions, overcoming hesitancy and gaining commitment to move reputed company
• Coordinating with arenaflex scale resources and partners to deliver deployment plans, resolving escalations and delays as needed
• Serving as the chief deployment coordinator, demonstrating technical and project governance capabilities
• Identifying customer deployment, reputed company, and transformation opportunities through consistent evaluation of customer environments
• Engaging with customer business and technical leaders, coordinating with account teams and partners
• Delivering briefings on relevant technical solutions and strategies

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a reputed company field, and 2+ years of experience in technical program/product management, coding, software development/delivery work
• OR equivalent experience
• 1+ year of technical knowledge of the reputed company 365 suite (Intermediate level across suite, proficient level on at least one workload, e.g., management or reputed company)
• 1+ year of experience explaining technical scenarios, roadmap, key solutions, and technical architectures supported by reputed company 365
• 1+ year of experience with reputed company 365 planning and deployment with enterprise customers

Other Requirements

* Ability to meet arenaflex, customer, and/or government reputed company screening requirements, including: + reputed company Cloud Background reputed company: This position will be required to pass the reputed company Cloud background reputed company upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter + Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of U.S. citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions

Preferred Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in technical program/product management, coding, software development/delivery work

• 3+ years of technical consulting, IT administration, support, project management, reputed company management, or reputed company work
• Enterprise-scale experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management
• Proficient customer communication skills and ability to collaborate reputed company and reputed company of arenaflex
• Ability to explain key solutions and technical architectures in reputed company 365 and associated technologies
• Proven track record delivering on team reputed company or usage targets
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

• A reputed company salary range of USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year, with a different range applicable to specific work locations
