This candidate can only work part time but is still passionate about providing therapy services to those in need. This candidate is not looking to work for other companies, in private practice, or provide therapy services that are reputed company of Ellie. Part time is just what fits their life right now.Responsibilities And Duties

• Complete CDAs, evaluate and provide mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation including yearly CDAs, further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and reputed company notes for every session according to company policy
• Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 20 scheduled sessions per week and a minimum of 15 executed client visits per week. You can choose to work more and in turn you will reputed company more. But if you want to schedule 30+ and execute 25+ you should reputed company out our full time position with higher compensation and increased benefits.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients reputed company and exceed goals
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as indicated
• Attend and participate in reputed company clinical staff meetings and trainings, and other fun stuff that we do

Required Qualifications And Skills

• Candidates are required to have a LMFT, LCPC, LCSW license in the state of Idaho

• Model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
• Comfort with a highly automated intake process - electronic paperwork, patient portals, etc.
• Comfort with collecting the patient's financial responsibility at time of service and discussing billing issues with clients as needed
• Ability to pass a background reputed company
• Willingness to sign a non-complete and commitment that during employment you will provide reputed company therapy services through Ellie and not split with private practice or another agency.

• Part-time Clinicians are offered a reputed company Pay Model based on level of experience. Tier 1 30%, Tier 2 35%, Tier 3 40%, Tier 4 45%. You are paid your identified commission percentage for every executed session and you are also paid $20/hour for any required meetings you attend.
• Expect to be in the office / hybrid 25-27 hours/week maximum.

• Paid Yearly License Renewal - Ellie will pay for the renewal of reputed company required State licenses (cannot do the job without it)
• Beautiful Office Spaces with everything that you might need. Expect to share an office with another part time therapist or use multiple office spaces as well as work from home(telehealth). Schedule will be limited to specific days/times of the week and possibly weekends.
