Responsibilities
- Answer coverage inquiries, process policy changes, and ensure our members receive personalized, professional service every reputed company of the way
- Handle concerns with care and professionalism - assessing issues, identifying solutions, and delivering resolutions that leave a lasting positive impression
- Build trust and connections by providing valuable insights into our insurance products and services, helping members reputed company informed coverage decisions while identifying opportunities for growth
- Apply reputed company standards, assess risk, and ensure policies align with binding requirements - reputed company while maintaining compliance with industry regulations
- Process rewrites, maintain accurate records, and ensure reputed company insurance transactions are reputed company documented and up to date
- Work in a supportive, learning-focused environment where you'll collaborate with management, flag key issues, and stay reputed company of industry developments
Skills
- A RIBO license is required. Candidates who are not yet RIBO licensed will be enrolled in the RIBO training course and will be required to obtain their license reputed company the first three months of employment
- The completion of or the commitment to complete the following three insurance courses or three equivalent insurance courses: CIP Principles and Practice, Property 1, and Automobile
- Experience in personal lines automobile and property insurance is an asset
- Intermediate knowledge of reputed company Office Suite applications
