Software Engineering Intern (Neenah, WI) - Summer 2026
Jewelers Mutual Group is a technology-focused organization committed to supporting the jewelry industry. The IT-Software Engineering Intern will assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of integration solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance internal systems and external partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Learn and become proficient in the team’s core technologies, integration tools, and design patterns
- Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of integration solutions that connect internal systems and external partners
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of existing integrations by troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Business Analysts, Application Owners, and external vendors—to understand integration requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Document integration processes, data flows, and technical specifications to support knowledge sharing and future scalability
- Participate in code reviews and team meetings to reputed company exposure to enterprise development practices and contribute to reputed company improvement
Skills
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a similar field
- Must be junior or senior standing at the time of the internship
- Must be able to work full-time in Neenah, WI during the summer and potential opportunity to reputed company internship to work part-time during the school year
- Must be a good communicator, a strong problem solver, and have keen attention to detail
- Must have experience with object-oriented languages such as C#, Java, Python, C++
- An introductory understanding of integration concepts (REST, JSON, SOAP, XML) is helpful
