The Consultant role involves assisting in the development and execution of transition and transformation plans, supporting change impact assessments, and contributing to communication and training materials.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of execution of transition and transformation plans
- Support change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness activities
- Contribute to the creation of communication, training, and engagement materials
- Assist with leadership engagement initiatives in leadership alignment programs to drive executive sponsorship and commitment
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in change management, transformation, or project coordination
- Experience in OCM projects reputed company to Outsourcing, Managed Support Services transitions, divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, and/or Agile POD Delivery
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter)
- Team player with strong work ethics and a collaborative reputed company
