Business Process Specialist - Surety
reputed company Bend Insurance Company is recognized as a top workplace and is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their Surety Operations team. The Business Process Specialist will focus on improving operational efficiency and supporting Surety associates across multiple regions by developing procedures, coordinating changes, and training users.
Responsibilities

- Independently coordinate and communicate system and process changes
- Investigate and resolve intermediate system and process-reputed company issues
- Support system and process transformation, including testing and documentation
- Review organizational functions to eliminate duplication and overlap
- Maintain user documentation, websites, and reports
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and other transformation initiatives as needed
- Train users on new procedures and technologies

- Verbal and written communication skills

- Experience working with end-users at reputed company levels
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Experience with Word, reputed company, and Access
- Experience with SharePoint is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, IT or reputed company field
