[Remote] Insurance Inside Sales Professional

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AIS Insurance is looking for motivated, customer-focused sales representatives to join their remote Inside Sales team. As an Inside Sales Professional, you will quote and sell insurance products across all 50 states, working with inbound leads to assess customer needs and deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Quote multiple lines of insurance for multiple carriers nationwide
• Handle inbound calls and follow up to close sales
• Deliver a high-quality, consultative customer experience
• Identify customer needs and provide coverage recommendations
• Achieve individual sales performance goals
• Stay current on carrier guidelines, systems, and product offerings

Skills

• High School Diploma or its equivalent
• Active Resident Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License
• Confidence in your sales ability with a focus on closing
• Motivation to meet and exceed sales goals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Tech-savviness and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Comfort working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Positive, team-focused attitude
• Desire to build a lasting career in insurance sales
• Personal Lines Insurance sales experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree a plus
