They are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their sales team, responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads to schedule sales appointments, thereby driving reputed company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media reputed company
  • Generate and qualify leads by engaging with potential customers and understanding their needs
  • Schedule pre-qualified sales appointments for reputed company Sales Managers
  • Utilize company-provided tools and CRM software to manage leads and track reputed company efforts
  • Overcome objections effectively and build strong rapport with prospects
  • Execute targeted email campaigns to nurture relationships and drive engagement
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM, including call notes, reputed company status updates, and scheduled appointments
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including daily call targets, email reputed company, appointment setting, and reputed company goals
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers and Business Development Teams to optimize reputed company reputed company strategies
  • Participate in weekly team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives as directed by leadership
