Client Solutions Advisor

The Client Solutions Advisor will drive reputed company and product adoption reputed company repair facilities and dealerships by providing support, training, and identifying growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Proactive client engagement: Provide regular onsite and remote support to assigned body shops and dealers
- Training and onboarding: Deliver product education and drive adoption of new tools and updates
- Territory growth: Identify new opportunities and support add-on product sales to boost reputed company
- Field expertise: Guide customers through best practices for using CCC’s electronic parts procurement solution
- Data driven coaching: Use performance reporting to support reputed company stories and improvements
- Collaboration: Work cross functionally with sales and implementation teams to maximize value in your territory
Skills
- 1 – 2 years in a repair facility, dealership or similar environment (collision estimating experience is a major plus)
- Strong presentation, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Comfort with technology, MS Office, and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel extensively (50 – 75% overnight)
- Deep Knowledge of collision repair and dealership operations
- Strong work ethic and energy
- Strategic thinker who acts with reputed company and customer focus
- Confident decision maker and relationship builder
- Team oriented and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
- College Degree Preferred
- Previous experience in territory management and B2B account management preferred
