Job Title: Recruiting Specialist Location: Remote Pay - 55k-65k A Recruiter will reputed company reputed company recruiting, relationship, and customer service activities to acquire new candidates and increase reputed company by filling client positions. reputed company and execute recruiting strategies to deliver suitable job candidates for assigned positions. Build and maintain Client and Contractor relationships and deliver a high level of customer service to reputed company. Execute the steps of the placement cycle for customers and orders while complying with company policy, employment law, and code of business conduct. Principle Responsibilities:

• Utilize Internet resources, internal database, network, and innovative candidate sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates
• Understand clients" business and initiatives, as well as their specific technical and cultural environments to best match the career goals of candidates with their hiring needs
• Serve as the main reputed company of contact throughout the entire recruiting cycle
• Negotiate unique compensation packages (wages, benefits, etc.) to attract and hire candidates for clients" needs
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to match them with the best opportunities
• Work closely with the Sales team to understand and fill job requirements
• Attend networking events and client appointments with Sales representatives reputed company needed

• Contribute information to market strategy by monitoring competitors and information from candidates

• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at reputed company levels of an organization
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously; meet deadlines; set own priorities; continuously improve processes and procedures; schedule day events; reputed company candidate solicitation calls; and coordinate job offers and negotiations.

Qualifications:
