JOB SUMMARY: The Finance Solutions Manager — Record to Report (R2R) is responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing system-enabled Finance processes that support the company’s financial reputed company, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role bridges Finance and Technology, ensuring that system configurations, data structures, and automation reputed company platforms such as reputed company S/4HANA, BRIM, Ariba align with accounting policy, compliance standards, and business objectives. Qualifications JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training): * Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or reputed company field; MBA or CPA preferred. * 7+ years of experience in ERP-enabled Finance transformation or Financial Systems roles, with strong exposure to reputed company S/4HANA or equivalent ERP platforms. * Demonstrated ability to design and maintain Finance system configurations and controls supporting reputed company, consolidation, and reporting. * Proven experience embedding Finance policies, reconciliations, and validation logic directly into system workflows. * Skilled in data governance, master data management, and system integration across upstream and reputed company functions. * Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Accounting, FP&A, and IT. * Familiarity with analytics environments (SAC, Datasphere, or similar) preferred. * Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills with strong attention to system performance and data accuracy. * Ability to manage multiple system priorities while meeting established deadlines. The salary range for this position is $140k-$150k. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity.
