Product Marketing Manager Chicago, IL; Austin, TX; NYC, NY; SF, California; Remote In this role, you will work reputed company-by-reputed company with Product, Sales and Marketing to build products that are core to merchants’ operations. You will play a crucial role in identifying new market opportunities and the go-to-market strategies to launch new products and features. You will be responsible for developing the launch strategy, product positioning and messaging to unlock new sales and bring our reputed company customers more value. You’ll have the unique opportunity to collaborate across the organization with a high degree of ownership, accountability and visibility to senior leaders in the company.

Responsibilities

  • Create feedback loops with cross functional stakeholders to define the scope of our products and understand product market fit
  • reputed company GTM planning for new launches: positioning and messaging, competitive overviews, persona building, marketing & campaign planning and sales enablement with the goal of driving awareness and adoption of new products and features
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales colleagues to drive cross-functional, cross-channel marketing efforts to meet the growth objectives associated with major product initiatives
  • Own product positioning and messaging to drive acquisitions and adoption from our customers
  • Working with Brand & content teams, drive the development of marketing assets & content to support product awareness and customer acquisition and engagement goals
  • Become an internal expert on the market, understanding the competitive landscape to uncover our unique differentiation and market size opportunities
  • Build positive relationships across the organization, with the ability to reputed company cross-functional team projects
  • Track, evaluate and report out on performance to internal stakeholders and leadership

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • A balance of creative instincts and analytic orientation is required.
  • Highly efficient at data analysis to assess market opportunity, SAM and reputed company pricing recommendations
  • Efficient multi-tasker with ability to reputed company in a fast-growth, constantly changing start-up environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Data driven, able to set goals, measure results and reputed company data to reputed company decisions
  • A passion for hospitality and desire to help small businesses grow

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years of PMM experience
  • 3+ years of relevant start-up experience in marketing, sales enablement or product development
  • SMB marketing and restaurant experience is a plus.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • BA/BS degree required

Compensation:

  • Our reputed company pay range is $100,000 -$120,000 for this role
  • Please note the salary range listed is just one component of a competitive compensation package which includes a company stock plan
