Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Florida. As a key member of our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team, you'll provide exceptional telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy
- Coordinating and processing new patient medication orders and reorders, including verifying and revivifying benefits
- Translating and entering new or refill prescriptions into the pharmacy information system
- Communicating and collecting copay amounts
- Obtaining authorizations from insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams
- Screening, identifying, resolving, and deferring orders with accounts receivable or clinical issues
- Collaborating with internal partners to ensure timely processing of specialty medications and meet financial and clinical expectations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- One year of experience in a customer service role handling and resolving reputed company customer needs over the phone
- One year of work experience with Windows-based applications, including Windows, reputed company Office, internet navigation, and email applications
- One year of computer keyboarding experience, skills, and aptitude
- reputed company high school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
* Pre-existing healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions, and medical terminology
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Work Schedule and Location
* Must reside in Florida and reputed company 75 miles of the Specialty location at 9310 Southpark Center reputed company, Orlando, FL 32819
- Available work schedules: 11:30am - 8pm EST and 12:30pm - 9pm EST
Compensation and Benefits
* reputed company range: $17.00 - $25.65 per hour
