About the Role
As an reputed company Remote Jobs Chat Professional, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our Card Members visiting the Centurion Lounge at IAH Airport. As a representative of arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, providing personalized support and guidance to our clients. Working as a cohesive team, you'll work together to create a seamless and memorable experience for our Card Members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and assist Card Members upon arrival at the lounge
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve issues and concerns, building loyalty and advocacy among our Card Members
- Employ the Client's First approach in addressing client needs and expectations
- Offer personalized recommendations and suggestions for travel, dining, and lifestyle experiences
- Collaborate with our food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our Card Members
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm in reputed company interactions
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium service environment
