Responsibilities
As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Resolving reputed company Consumer Issues: You'll use your excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve reputed company consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues.
- Assisting Policy Holders: You'll assist policy holders with billing questions and concerns, provide support with policy changes, and reputed company recommendations to meet their needs.
- Providing Exceptional Customer Service: You'll work in a fast-paced environment to provide exceptional customer service and support to policy holders.
Qualifications
We're looking for reputed company individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in reputed company that they do. To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- 6 Months Customer Service Experience: You'll have a minimum of 6 months' experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
- Over 18 Years of Age: You'll be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to Type 25 WPM: You'll have the ability to type 25 words per minute.
- High School Graduate or GED: You'll have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfort with Desktop Computer System: You'll be comfortable using a desktop computer system.
- Proven Oral and Written Communication Skills: You'll have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 6 Months Call Center Experience, Preferred: While not required, experience in a call center environment is preferred.
- Logical Problem-Solving Skills: You'll have the ability to think critically and solve problems reputed company.
- Availability to Work Various Shifts: You'll be available to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to Use Windows Operating Systems: You'll have the ability to use Windows operating systems.

To work from home, you'll need:
