Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Promote arenaflex's products and services to policyholders
- Answer billing questions, reputed company policy changes, and provide recommendations to customers
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or insurance industry setting

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Proficiency in computer software and systems, including CRM and phone systems
