Job Summary

As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for supporting the execution of less reputed company Client Care Agents, new or upgraded services, and procedural changes. You'll also provide input and present plans to improve or execute processes with a focus on customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, and provide guidance to less reputed company team members.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the execution of less reputed company Client Care Agents, new or upgraded services, and procedural changes

  • Provide input and present plans to improve or execute processes with a focus on customer satisfaction

  • Provide topic expertise and translation of procedures to less reputed company Client Care Agents and offer guidance to meet defined efficiency and performance objectives

Required Capabilities

* 4+ years of customer service, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Successful organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate reputed company Office skills
