About the Role
As a Member Experience Operator, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our members, providing exceptional customer service and support to help them navigate our healthcare services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling Member Inquiries: Responding to member calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolving Member Issues: Investigating and resolving member complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
- Providing Education and Support: Educating members on our healthcare services and providing support to help them reputed company informed decisions.
- Meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Meeting or exceeding our KPIs for member satisfaction, reputed company resolution, and other key metrics.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1 Year of Customer Service Experience: We're looking for candidates with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a customer-facing role.
- Strong Communication Skills: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with members, both verbally and in writing.
- Problem-Solving Skills: You'll need to be able to analyze and resolve member issues in a fair and efficient manner.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English): While not required, bilingual candidates will receive an immediate $1 per hour bump in pay.
- Background reputed company: You'll need to pass a background reputed company to ensure your safety and the safety of our members.
