Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries of varying types in a professional and courteous manner

• Utilize probing question skills to actively listen and resolve customer issues
• Meet or exceed sales targets and reduce churn by managing and overcoming objections for subscriber cancellation and suspend requests
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to reputed company customer satisfaction and excellence
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge

• Flexible 8-hour per day shift, 5 days per week (reputed company from 6am-12am PST)

Essential Qualifications
