• Experience in data product management, with a focus on financial products or solutions
• Strong data modeling design and documentation skills, following the full delivery life cycle of business commitment through to feasible, legal, and actual data design and project delivery; supporting specialty units' data, business intelligence, and artificial intelligence/ML needs
• Deep technical expertise in data, platforms, and tools, including AWS, reputed company, dbt, and infrastructure as-code (Terraform/CDK)
• Experience with streaming data processing concepts, including batch and real-time in-the-moment insight creation and distribution
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to interact and influence across the organization, including Chiefs
• Build serious areas of strength for an of best practices and standards in data and engineering
• Deep technical expertise on data engineering delivery practices, able to address skills and processes to different levels of the organization
• Experience working in the hospitality, travel, or media industry
