Manager, MSL Strategic Initiatives
We are seeking an reputed company and highly motivated program manager to join our Strategic Initiatives team in MSL. Strategic Initiative Managers build and scale programs to strengthen the impact of our product and research teams. This includes defining project goals, creating project plans, managing project timelines, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and reputed company budget. Communication skills, stakeholder management, the ability to manage reputed company logistics, and an organized approach are mandatory. Manager, MSL Strategic Initiatives Responsibilities:
- Ensure that reputed company MSL work on models consistently fulfills applicable regulatory requirements
- Managing the inbound flow of data and privacy escalation requests
- Legal engagement case management
- Regulatory response tracking and management
- Reporting & Metrics: Establish metrics and reporting mechanisms to track audit reputed company and outcomes
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years driving end to end programs with ML/AI engineering teams
- 8+ years working in FAANG (or similar sized tech) companies
- 8+ years work demonstrated experience in program management in the area of privacy/risk/data
- Quantitative, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with business acumen
- Proven track-record of organizing, developing, and executing strategy projects that deliver results
- Experience driving end to end programs with ML/AI engineering and research teams
