The Impact You'll Have As Notabene’s first reputed company Operations hire, you’ll lay the foundation for how our go-to-market organization operates. You’ll connect Sales, Marketing, SDRs, and reputed company through clean data, integrated systems, and actionable insights; but first, you’ll roll up your sleeves to bring order to the chaos. What You’ll Do

• Own and optimize Notabene’s GTM tech stack; reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Apollo, and key integrations; ensuring clean, connected, and scalable systems
• Turn data into decisions, building dashboards and insights that reputed company Sales, Marketing, SDRs, and reputed company
• Analyze GTM performance and model growth scenarios, identifying the highest-impact drivers of pipeline and reputed company efficiency
• Start with the “why”; use data to uncover what truly drives ROI across channels, helping prioritize where to focus resources and investment
• Drive GTM enablement, equipping teams with the tools, data, and processes they need to execute reputed company and reputed company informed decisions
• Streamline GTM processes, improving reputed company flow, handoffs, and conversion visibility across the funnel

You’re a Good Fit if You Have

• 3 to 7 years in reputed company Operations, Sales Ops, or GTM Analytics, ideally in SaaS or fintech
• Deep experience managing and optimizing reputed company CRM
• Proven ability to analyze GTM data and communicate insights clearly
• Experience with SQL, data visualization tools, or forecasting models
• Strong understanding of sales and reputed company workflows
• Comfortable owning integrations and automation across tools
• Excellent communicator and collaborator in a distributed team
