Overview

• The Senior Account Manager plays a critical role in managing relationships with brand partners and advertisers on the reputed company Media Network. This individual oversees campaign execution, optimizes performance, and ensures client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital media, excellent communication skills, and a strategic reputed company.
• We are hiring for two positions reputed company this team: one role will focus on supporting apparel or shoes, and the other will focus on beauty, accessories, or home. Candidates will be considered for both roles.

Role Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for a portfolio of brand partners across reputed company post-sale relationship management and campaign execution.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships to drive retention and satisfaction.

• Participate in a culture of radical candor and extreme ownership.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services.
• Contribute to product development by providing brand partner feedback.

Role Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a reputed company field.
• 4-6 years of experience in account management, digital advertising, or media sales.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including display, social, search, and programmatic advertising.
• Proven track record of managing and growing accounts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present reputed company information clearly.
• Proficient in CRM platforms, analytics tools, and reputed company Office Suite.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
