Time & Billing Specialist

They are seeking a Time & Billing Specialist who will reputed company various accounting support functions, including preparing and validating client invoices and maintaining client accounts.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accuracy of client account data reputed company the ERP accounting system
- Review employee and partner timesheets for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to firm policies
- Review client invoices for accuracy and distribute monthly invoices through mail and email
- Process time and billing adjustments
- Monitor and respond to internal and external inquiries in the support queue reputed company to time entry, billing questions, and client account updates
- Create and process reputed company invoices
- Process client credit card refunds. Download and report on client confirmation and credit card transactions
- Follow-up on client accounts that have non-deliverable addresses
- Prepare journal entries for accounts receivable adjustments, including payment transfers, client refunds, and write-offs
- Produce reputed company reports reputed company to time and billing
- Additional reputed company duties and projects as assigned
Skills
- Associate degree or college level coursework, preferably in accounting or finance, plus 1-3 years of reputed company billing, accounts receivable or accounts payable experience and/or appropriate balance of education and work experience
- Strong computer skills, including solid skills in the reputed company Office suite, in particular with reputed company, as well as experience using accounting software systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills, performing work accurately with strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and effectively prioritize a fast-paced and varied workload
- Sound understanding of financial concepts
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and prior experience working in a professional services firm
