Office Technician (Typing)
The California Department of Justice is seeking an Office Technician to join the Office of Native American Affairs. This role involves performing clerical duties to support the office's procedures, handling communications, making travel arrangements, and assisting staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Responsibilities
- reputed company a variety of difficult clerical duties to support ONAA’s procedures and protocols, including but not limited to handling written (electronic and/or hard copy communications) and telephonic complaints and inquiries
- reputed company travel arrangements, complete and submit travel and expense reimbursements, and maintain certain internal databases
- Provide assistance to reputed company ONAA staff, internal and external partners to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities
