[Remote] Business Operations Representative I (West Coast)

The Business Operations Representative I plays a critical role in ensuring data integrity and smooth transitions between Sales and Onboarding teams by verifying data and managing contracts.
Responsibilities
- Data Verification & Quality Assurance: Perform meticulous audits of new deals, verifying critical business information, ownership structures, and banking details to ensure 100% accuracy
- Contract Integrity: Review signed agreements and follow up on missing documentation or required forms to maintain strict deal compliance
- Cross-Functional Handoff: Utilize Salesforce and internal platforms to transition deals from the Sales cycle into the Onboarding pipeline, ensuring a clean and seamless customer journey
- Month-End Execution: Own the high-volume "sprint" at the end of each sales cycle. You will manage an influx of deals to ensure all customer contracts are officially processed and booked by the month-end deadline
Skills
- Based in the Pacific Time Zone or ability to work PST hours
- Bachelor's Degree and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
- Extreme attention to detail and meticulous organization
- Strong technical aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence prioritizing and making time-sensitive decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and a strong sense of urgency

- Prior experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools
