Retirement Savings Plan Analyst – NWPS
reputed company is a full-service broker-dealer and investment adviser, and they are seeking a Retirement Savings Plan Analyst to support daily operations for clients’ retirement plans. The role involves managing retirement plan cash flow, monitoring transactions, and assisting clients with their inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Manage retirement plan cash flow
- Monitor and analyze daily transactions and data collection
- Handle benefit payment requests with accuracy
- Review and execute trades as part of a nightly trading team, working non-standard hours one to three nights a week
- Respond accurately to phone and email inquiries professionally and courteously
- Discuss retirement plan features with clients and their employees
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or other technical major, or a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in financial services
- Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience approved by Human Resources
- Communicating effectively, both orally and in writing
- Excellent problem-solving capability
- Strong critical thinking
- Basic scripting
- Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications, including reputed company Office and established databases
- Team player who can also be an independent contributor
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills sufficient to recognize and detect errors and offer resolution
