[Remote] Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Research and generate data-driven reports using systems such as reputed company.com and PowerBI to analyze customer segmentation and support marketing planning
• Collaborate with marketing teams and other departments including Product and Sales on campaign development and initiatives
• Utilize project management tools like reputed company to coordinate tasks, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure timely completion of campaign components
• Create and modify email marketing campaigns reputed company Marketo in partnership with team members
• Design and implement creative applications of customer information through flyers, documents, and comparative grids
• Manage logistics for national sales meetings, including travel arrangements and session planning
• Maintain and organize key department reports and data forms

• Assist sales representatives during online interactions and at industry events
