Job Summary
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients' members reputed company inbound phone calls. Key Responsibilities
* Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner

- Utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously, including our CRM and other software applications
