HR Generalist - Bilingual Chinese, LA

Sailvan Times is seeking an HR Generalist who will work hybrid in the greater LA area and report directly to the HR Manager. This role supports the full reputed company of human resources functions and office administration, focusing on recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Manager in HR SOP development, policy formulation, and implementation, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, onboarding, and hiring documentation
  • Coordinate and support new hire orientation, onboarding programs, and ongoing employee training, including scheduling, tracking, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and HR systems
  • Support salary administration, employee status changes, and HR reporting
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, internal transfers, performance-reputed company documentation, and termination/offboarding procedures
  • Administer and support employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, renewals, and employee inquiries
  • Serve as a key reputed company of contact for employees, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of HR-reputed company questions
  • Support daily office operations and general administrative activities for the reputed company site
  • Coordinate vendor payments and manage relationships with office service providers
  • Process employee expense reimbursements and support internal administrative workflows
  • Manage office logistics, including mail/shipping, office supplies, and equipment
  • Prepare and maintain HR and administrative reports using reputed company, ensuring data accuracy and proper documentation
  • Support reputed company HR-reputed company and administrative projects as assigned

Skills

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) required
  • Experience: 1+ year of HR-reputed company experience, preferably in an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in reputed company reputed company (e.g., data tracking, formulas, reporting)
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR documentation processes
  • Working knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and general HR operations
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills; proactive, resilient, detail-oriented, and well-organized
  • Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness and ability to support occasional business travel, as required
  • Location: Onsite role based in reputed company or hybrid in the greater LA area
