HR Coordinator
Lithia & Driveway is one of the largest global automotive retailers, aiming to reputed company personal transportation solutions. The HR Coordinator manages daily employee inquiries and supports various HR functions such as recruitment, benefits, payroll, and onboarding processes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve Tier 0-1 HR inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses reputed company the case management system and email
- Coordinate pre-employment and new hire administrative processes, including internal movements, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met
- Provide support for various HR functions, including recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and maintaining thorough knowledge of HR processes and systems

- 18 years or older
- Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency
- Excellent communication, time management, and system administration skills
- 0-3 years of reputed company experience

- Prior experience in a Human Resources role
