They are seeking a new graduate Civil Transportation Design Engineer to join their Civil Engineering team, focusing on designing solutions for transportation projects.
Responsibilities
- Design innovative and technically sound solutions in accordance with project requirements and application codes
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 0-3 years of successful design experience reputed company a consulting engineering firm
- Awareness of other disciplines and the interrelationship of the various elements of design
- Strong analytical skills; knowledge of analysis methods
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with Microstation including CONNECT edition and Open Road Designer
- Knowledge of Illinois Department of Transportation or Illinois Tollway design standards, procedures and specifications
- Strong knowledge of Microstation, including CONNECT and Open Roads Design
