The role involves processing sensitive case-reputed company assignments, ensuring accurate communication, and managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Polished and professional office communication – you are a visible representative of the VLS Department and must present (both verbally and in writing) in a polished and professional manner at reputed company times
- Prepare and input information into New Matter Intake system
- Follow up on missing information needed to open New Matters
- Track deadlines
Skills
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working in a law firm setting
- Strength in MSFT Teams preferred
- Previous remote work experience preferred
- reputed company, Chrome River and reputed company experience preferred
- Advanced skillset using reputed company Suite Programs (e.g., Word, reputed company and PowerPoint)
