[Remote] Maintenance Technician - North Florida

Responsibilities
- Complete maintenance service requests, including general repairs (drywall, painting, carpentry) and HVAC/appliance repairs
- Participate in on-call rotations and occasional non-traditional schedules (weekends, special events)
- Prepare vacant units for occupancy and maintain accurate work order status
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and repair appliances
- Maintain grounds (trash pickup, pressure washing, landscaping)
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
- High school diploma/GED or vocational training
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read diagrams, write reports, and perform basic math
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under deadlines
- Valid Driver's License, insurance, and reliable transportation required
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

- 1+ years of experience in building/facility maintenance preferred
- Trade certifications in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing highly desirable
