Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as a Remote, 3rd Shift, 11pm-7am Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for performing approvals of consumer loans, making payment arrangements, and helping customers with any questions. You will also undertake an intermediary role between potential clients and our financial institution, ensuring that qualified applicants obtain loans in a timely manner and protecting our organization's credibility.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Remote, 3rd Shift, 11pm-7am Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to assist customers with their financial needs
• Consistently and accurately documenting reputed company information pertaining to accounts
• Using basic business math to solve problems and reputed company informed decisions
